Updated files on the ftp site

Duplicate sequences were discovered in some RefSeq Release 88 files (listed below)
on the ftp site. A total of 49 NC records, along with 1960 protein records were
duplicated in both complete node and the bacteria node. The duplication has been
removed, and the aberrant files were replaced with updated files on June 12, 2018.
