Users can download Genomic DNA, mRNA, CDS and Protein sequences
of SAGs in FASTA format according to different species or of all
SAGs at one time from our FTP site for further study via the
Download section of LSD.

In the directory of each species, all available types of sequences
are provided. In addition, we have calculated MD5 value for each
sequence file, so you can check whether there is something wrong
with the file after downloading referred to the calculated MD5
value.
