N-lobe12 with CT1. As shown in Fig. 3C, N-lobe12 bound to CT1 in a&#xd;
concentration-dependent manner but not in a Ca2+-dependent manner. The parameters obtained (Table 1) revealed that Kd values had no obvious Ca2+-dependence. The maximal binding was about 0.75 mol/mol N-lobe12/CT1 (Fig. 3D), supporting that N-lobe was capable to bind to the channel at low [Ca2+].</attribute>
