          <attribute name="source-text">We then tested the composition of the TNFR1 signalling complexes following TNF or  LT&amp;#945; stimulation by immuno-precipitation using 2x Flag-Fc-tagged ligands and  tandem affinity purification (Fig. 3D). It has been shown that upon TNF stimulation,  RIPK1 is recruited to the TNFR1 signalling complex [64], where it is ubiquitylated by  cIAPs [57, 65-67]. Consistent with previous reports for TNF signalling we observed  ubiquitylated RIPK1 within 5 minutes after TNF treatment and this occurred  following LT&amp;#945; stimulation too. We also detected cIAP1 and phosphorylated IKK1/2
in both TNF and LT&amp;#945; induced complexes.</attribute>
