The file in this directory that is called collected_minutes.txt
contains the complete set of minutes files joined end-to-end in date
order. (txt format only) This provided to facilitate searching of the
minutes.

To update this file with a new set of minutes use the following
command, where 'new_minutes_file.txt' represents the name of the new
minutes file in text format.

cat new_minutes_file.txt >> collected_minutes.txt
