# Reactome conversion to LEGO

Status: HIGHLY experimental

TODO:

 * Many reactions are 'untyped' - figure out why this is the case
 * Many pathways are inconsistent - violation of disjointness axioms. Investigate further.
 * Need to add regulation
 * Make the tool more stable, rewrite using OWLAPI + SPARQL (or OPPL?)
