	Please note the addition of a new field, GENE_ID to the Xx.data file, which will be present 
        in all data released from now onward:

       GENE_ID      Entrez gene identifier associated with at least one sequence in this cluster;
                    to be used instead of LocusLink.
       LOCUSLINK    LocusLink identifier associated with at least one sequence in this cluster;
                    deprecated in favor of GENE_ID

PLEASE NOTE-

The ftp site of UniGene will soon be changed to simplify navigation.
The files for each organism will be in subdirectories having the latin name of the organism.

Also, compressed files will also be provided only as gzip files.
