Similarly the amino acid sequence of the  LTBP rL1M construct was found by blasting primer sequences or partial sequences.&#xd;
The Fibrillin2 rF37 construct was found to be amino acids 145-1135 from &#xd;
P35556-Isoform 1, by translating primers given in Ref 38 (Keene- et al pmid:9267468). This differs from the amino acid  range 145-996 stated in this publication which may reflect  a previous version of the Fibrillin2 sequence.&#xd;
The fibrillin-1 construct "rF23" is amino acids Ser19 to Ile489 from P35555 (from ref 39 - PMID:8702639)</attribute>
