After immunoprecipitation of Trk, co-precipitated Shp2 was detected  10 min after BDNF stimulation (Fig.2Aa, b). DEX inhibited the Shp2-Trk interaction (Fig.2Aa,  b). This inhibitory effect on the interaction 10 min after BDNF addition was significant (Fig.2B)  and dose-dependent (Fig.2C).
