Incubation with 50nM insulin resulted in relative nuclear exclusion of Foxa2 with it being significantly localized in the cytosol (p&lt;0.01 as compared to control). An identical but more pronounced trend was observed for Foxo1 implying it to be a much stronger candidate for insulin action.</attribute>
