CDKA;1 and CDKB1;1 in fusion with the GAL4 DNA binding domain were cotransformed in an appropriate yeast reporter strain with an empty control vector or a vector encoding a fusion protein between the GAL4 transactivation domain and WEE1. Transformants were streaked on medium with or without His. Cells expressing CDKA;1 and WEE1 grew in the absence of His, indicating that both gene products interacted. No association was observed between CDKB1;1 and WEE1</attribute>
