Transformants were then subcultured onto 7H11KAN/HYG plates containing 50 ug/ml TRIM (7H11/TRIM) or freshly inoculated into 96-well microtiter plates containing 7H9/KAN/HYG/TRIM. A change from nonfluorescent blue to fluorescent pink color indicates reduction of the indicator Alamar Blue and allowed quantification of the assay.</attribute>
