          <attribute name="data-processing" nameAc="MI:0633">Purification of the DHPR receptor is achieved with a well-established  chromatographic method used in many other previous studies. For this reason, although  some of the components of the purified receptor are only identified by MW, (as there are no specific antibodies against them) I accept this method of identification as valid.</attribute>
          <attribute name="data-processing" nameAc="MI:0633">alpha 2 and delta domains shown in Fig 4A are known from previous studies to be the N-terminal and C-terminal respectively proteolytic products of the same polypeptide chain that are linked with a disulfide bond together to form the alpha2/delta domain within the DHPR channel. In bovine there is a Uniprot ID for the alpha2/delta domain, but not separate PRO IDs for each of alpha 2 and delta domains. Therefore, I added twice the alpha2/delta Uniprot ID having N-terminal and C-terminal features to indicate alpha 2 and delta domains respectively.</attribute>
