For analysis of individual proteins the complex was separated   on two-dimensional gels followed by isolation of distinct protein spots which were trypsin digested or directly digest by trypsin of fractions from the centrifuged lysate. Protein identification was determined by analysis ogf the digested proteins using LC-MS-MS.</attribute>
