Supp Fig 4C - I just cannot read ANYTHING!....[the mutant  HT1A   DOES have a GFP tag according to  "receptor construct" section but as I cannot read the legend I dont know to enter as a competitor and/or mutation decreasing- so have entered twice- as the M+M "Bret Competition Assay  states the mutant was used here (presumably MINUS a GFP tag?) -I am not 100% sure  if this is the correct way  to enter a mutant that is a competitor...</attribute>
