This directory contains IntAct’s controlled vocabularies necessary to import the PSI-MI XML data produced within the same release.

Notes that may be relevant to the users:

2017-10-12 - IntAct Controlled Vocabularies have been updated to the latest PSI-MI 2.5 definitions.
IntAct stops producing its controlled vocabularies using dag and def format. Instead, a single OBO file is produced and IntAct tools (available from https://github.com/HUPO-PSI/psi-mi-CV CVS) have been updated accordingly.
The production of HTML views for the controlled vocabularies has been discontinued and we encourage users to use OLS instead: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/mi
