Release 115 of Ensembl vertebrates has been loaded into 348 Ensembl v115 databases.  The current dataset contains 348 genomes from 276 species containing 7487664 protein coding genes. This release includes <a href="https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-115/new_genomes.txt">3</a> new genomes, <a href="https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-115/updated_assemblies.txt">1</a> genomes with updated assemblies, <a href="https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-115/updated_annotations.txt">2</a> genomes with updated annotation, <a href="https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-115/renamed_genomes.txt">0</a> genomes where the assigned name has changed, and <a href="https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-115/removed_genomes.txt">1</a> genomes removed since the last release.
