This subdirectory contains the history of xsd files to validate the xml ClinVar reports in its monthly releases.

The file name contains the version number.

The most recent version is also available as ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/clinvar/clinvar_public.xsd

The variation_report subdirectory was added June 7, 2015, to document a new report format being considered to facilitate access to data organized around variation, rather than the variation-phenotype relationship used in the SCV/RCV accessions. We invite your feedback.
