Announcing change to BioProject XML reports.

1. To reflect incremental changes in BioProject database, the BioProject XML 
schema will be updated with the latest modifications. All of the 
modifications are backward compatible; therefore, XML formatted according
to a previously published schema will still validate against the updated
schema.

The schema definition will be split into separate files and provided in a new directory: /Schema 
These files will include:
* Package.xsd - Container integrating different XML components related to a single 
  BioProject
* Core.xsd - Core BioProject attributes
* Submission.xsd - Submission and submitter attributes
* Links.xsd - BioProject links data
* Assembly.xsd - Data on related Genomic Assemblies

A history of schema changes will be available in a README file in the Schema directory.

2. The name of the BioProject content XML report will change from 'core_bioproject.xml' to 'bioproject.xml'.

3. Public information about submitters will be added to bioproject.xml.

The proposed changes will take effect on February 27, 2012. 

To facilitate this transition, the FTP files that are currently provided 
(core_bioproject.xml and core_bioproject.xml) will continue to be reported in a new 
directory '/OLD_XML' until  May 1, 2012.
