Anyone downloading InterProScan 4.2 before today will need to copy the PfamPostFilter.pm file from this directory into their iprscan/lib/Dispatcher/Tool/Hmmer/ directory.  This is because of a typo in the release which means that Pfam fails after running HMMER.  Apologies for any inconvenience.
