Dear users,

This is InterPro data release 12.1 

PLEASE NOTE: We have produced a new version of our match XML file, which contains
all signatures from all member databases, regardless of whether or not they have
been integrated into InterPro or not.  This means that the format of the file has
changed a little.

InterProScan release 13.0 later this year will read this new file format.

If you have any comments or suggestions or problems

-> Data is now split into two files:
	iprscan_PTHR_DATA_11.0.tar.gz 	# Panther data only
	iprscan_DATA_11.0.tar.gz	# All data except Panther
-> This was done because some users reported difficulties when
downloading release 10.0
-> Please download both files from the site and untar them as before
