Nowadays we only provide the sequences predicted via two methods. We have compressed the sequences into a file named "spd.seq.06.gz"; You can download and decompress it. Or you can download any rank of sequences from any species as you like from the "sequence" directory.

Note: the characters "sw" stand for "swissprot", "tr" "trembl", "en" "ensembl","re" "refseq", "hu" "human", "mo" "mouse" and "rat" "rat".
