Compara.newick_trees.{release}.emf.gz 
  contains the tree for every genetree in newick format

Compara.nhx_trees.{release}.emf.gz 
  contains the tree for every genetree in New Hampshire Extended (NHX) format with:
  [D] duplication tag -- Y or N
  [G] gene stable_id
  [T] NCBI taxon_id

Compara.gene_trees.{release}.emf.gz 
  contains the peptide alignment for every genetree in emf alignment format

Compara.phyloxml_trees.{release}.tar.gz
  Contains a PhyloXML dump in a series of three digit padded directories. Each
  directory contains a maximum of 1,000 trees whose file name is the
  stable id of the cluster (without a version number) and the extension xml.
